If we have allergies and can't eat certain foods, most vitamins and supplements can be tolerated. There are so many to choose from. You can feel overwelmed with all the choices. These are some of my favorites I can't do without.

These are what I call the magic 5! Each one has a special function to aid in making everything in your body work even better. Multiple is your foundation, vitamin D is needed for a strong immune system, also helps when we can't get the sunshine we need. One of my must haves is Fish Oil my brain just can't work as well without it. Our brain is 60% fat. Probiotics made your immune system more resistant to all types of viral infections and some allergies. Digestive enzymes help our body break down our food into small particles so they can be absorbed.
