Multiple is your foundation, vitamin D is needed for a strong immune system, also helps when we can't get the sunshine we need. One of my&amp;nbsp;must haves is Fish Oil my brain just can't work as well without it. Our brain is 60% fat. &amp;nbsp;Probiotics made your immune system more resistant to all types of viral infections and some allergies. Digestive enzymes help our body break down our food into small particles so they can be absorbed. Healthy food makes us strong, happy and smart. When we eat well ,everything seems to work so much better. Have you ever had a crazy day that you couldn't remember your own name, or where you parked your car. When we don't  take the time to eat from all the food groups, we suffer and people around us too, my saint of a hubby! &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;What we eat affects us in so many ways. If our diet consists of sugar we will be sweet for a while, but when the sugar drops, run!  a Tasmanian devil comes to mind. Eating simple white foods  creates an imbalance, resulting in mood swings, fatigue, and hunger. Thus the sugar merry go round begins.  To prevent this, eat quality protein at each meal. It will balance your sugar and keep your hunger in control. Then add some fruits and healthy veggies and you have a balanced meal. It will keep you humming, singing and smiling!! Everyone seems to cringe with that word, but it does not have to be torture like having a tooth pulled or something painful. Exercise can be routine or fit into your day in small time slots. Just parking your car a little further from your destination can add extra exercise without thinking about it. Remember to dress warm in the colder weather so you won't feel like a human popsicle. Benefits of exercise are not having to lay down on the bed to zip your jeans , you can breathe with more ease. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Exercise and health go hand in hand. Exercise can increase you metabolism and make it possible to burn calories at a faster rate. It is like when we were in our younger days! It is a fact that when we exercise 3-4 x week it reduces our age by ten years!!  Pedometers are a great tool to help track all those steps you have done. Each day you want to increase your water. Water has many benefits, it can help your body from head to toe. Starting with your head , your brain will work better, not so many brain dead days&lt;strong&gt;! &lt;/strong&gt;Next comes the skin, water will hydrate and moisten it so we don't look like little prunes. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Next comes the heart muscle that &lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_0" class="blsp-spelling-corrected"&gt;requires&lt;/span&gt; a lot of water. When we drink water, we are able to &lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_1" class="blsp-spelling-corrected"&gt;go&lt;/span&gt; up that flight of stairs and not sound like a panting dog! There you go, I want a glass now. A simple step that will make you feel great, aim for half your body weight or a very large pail!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Drink up and enjoy I will talk to all of you wonderful people later.
